Thank you for shopping at FeeLoL.

Our online shop provides unique, fashionable products from our independent designers backed by high quality material and reliable production. Our members of QA team inspect each product before packaging to ensure the maximum customers satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email: service@feelol.com and request a refund which will be refund to your original payment method within a week. We will try our best to meet your request.

We provide "7 Days No Reason Return/Exchange".
That is, if you simply do not like it you can return freely. On this condition, buyer bear 2 ways shipping when returning to our address, which means buyer have to pay the return shipping, and deduct $10-25$ (depends on the item weight) from refund as shipping cost of our sent parcel, DHL will request fully deduct like 25$-40$. (either US or China, US customers can return to our US warehouse)

Orders signed beyond 7 days:
If not quality problem or not our fault to send the wrong size, beyond 7 days, you shall pay for the shipping cost to return and also about US$10-15 shipping cost for us to resend if you want a replacement.

For Quality Problem or Our Fault Caused Problem
We will resend item or refund you once we get your photo evidence.

Fast Refund:
Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. We will issue a refund to your original payment method within a week.

Returns Policy:
-All Purchases (except swimwear, bags, and accessories) can be returned within 15 days from the delivered date.
-Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
-The Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Purchases Not Eligible for Return:
Final sale items and free gifts are not eligible for return.
-Swimwear is not eligible for return.
-Swimwear can only be returned if it is defective/damaged or the wrong item.
-You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.

Order Cancellation:
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.
